I was at this gig with my future wife Helen and a friend. A friend of a friend – Matt Irving – was on keyboards, as well as Jools, who was on his second stint with the band, I think. It was a great “pub gig” – good atmosphere and half-decent sound. I now live in the area, and The Yorkshire Grey is no longer a pub, but a McDonald’s!

  I was at this gig too – as I remember there was no stage lighting so they were just up on stage playing. Used to hear about their warm up gigs drinking in the pubs in Blackeath – oh happy days
