I was looking to see whether Squeeze’s new single Happy Days would make it onto the Radio 2 Playlist – the key list of repeated songs which can make or break a single. Is it on the A list? No. Is it on the B list? No. Is it even on the C list? No, it isn’t. It’s Record of the Week!
