CHRIS DIFFORD’S WRITERS GARDEN LIVE
Chris Difford did a wonderful live session of songs and chat from his writer’s shed on May 9 and then again on May 23. Fab evenings were had by all and lots of money raised for the Trussell Trust and Save Our Venues. Here’s Chris’s update:

In the Writers Garden we have raised over £1,850 for The Trussell Trust, and the same amount again for Save Our Venues. Thank you everyone who donated and came onboard. This time we are supporting Help Musicians, another very worthy cause.
Help Musicians is a charity that helps struggling musicians up and down the country who are in dire straits, and i don’t mean the band! Many of these people are from Orchestras and choirs, songwriters like me, and people in bands. So many musicians are on the creative edge. If we want live music in the future it’s important that we support these inspired people while times are tough, live music is food for the soul and I know it warms many of our hearts.
