New Glenn song with video!

Glenn: not a fan of double parking

FluffersTV has posted a new video, that features a new-to-most-of-us song by Glenn! It’s called “0-60″, and was apparently released on some import versions of Pandemonium Ensues, but I’d never heard it before. The song is about an encounter Glenn had with the long arm of the law when he staged a one man “artistic protest” against a double parked car. He tells the story in more detail in this clip from The Wright Stuff, at about the 3:20 mark, and reveals that he is now on the DNA database – and not happy about it!

The song is surprisingly catchy considering the subject matter, and I love how at the end he concludes that he’ll be counting to ten from now on if he feels the urge to act on his anger! (Even artistically.)

Just a reminder that the Glenn Tilbrook and The Fluffers new album ‘Pandemonium Ensues’ is released on Monday 2nd March. It is available from all the usual outlets and our shop at www.quixoticrecords.com. It is also available digitally from the usual outlets like iTunes and Townsend.

To celebrate the release we are having an album launch party at the Gibson Room in central London next Tuesday 3rd March. We are releasing 50 tickets for fans to buy and come along and be part of this special event, they are £10 each, payable on the night, drinks are provided.

To apply for these tickets please email info@quixoticrecords.com with Gibson Room in the subject bar. Two tickets per application only, we are doing a first come first served service. Please attach photos of the 2 people coming to the email so that we can make you souvenir laminates. Full details will be sent to the lucky applicants.

Please don’t forget the Glenn Tilbrook and The Fluffer’s US shows in March/April and also Glenn’s solo acoustic UK shows in May.

We have received a lot of support from radio on Glenn’s new record. The single ‘Still’ was playlisted for a month at Radio 2, the first playlist that Glenn has had in 8 years! Don’t forget the band are on the Jonathan Ross show this coming Saturday.

There are also many reviews of the album which are going up on the website.

Hope you like the new look glenntilbrook.com and have been enjoying the videos that we have been posting on FluffersTV and GlenntilbrookTV. We have had a lot of fun making them.
