This was my first ever gig! I was aged 16 I went with my older brother, my sister and some of their mates. It blew me away. I bought a ‘Last Orders’ tour programme and got it signed afterwards by all of the band.

My brother went to the next gig on the tour in Hull…wish I’d gone.to that too.

I was back at The Lyceum a few weeks later to see The Kinks. Not bad for my two first gigs if I say so myself.

I was there with Deborah Shaw who was my GF at the time. So glad I saw them in “the early days!”
