I was at this show at the Capitol theatre in Aberdeen. They were promoting their Some fantastic place CD that had just came out. It was a fantastic show and it felt like they were all having a great time just like us. it was Keith Wilkinson’s birthday and Glenn got us to sing happy birthday to him. Paul Carrick was playing the keyboard for them on this tour and they did a great version of his old band Ace’s hit How long. They ended the show with a reggae version of Goodbye girl. Then Glenn came out and told us he had just heard before the show that Manchester had just got the next commonwealth games. And I had to laugh as this didn’t mean anything to most of us as this was Scotland. Oh and Chris had a rather loud three piece checked suite on I seem to remember Glenn wore a black pinstriped suit.
