Well, i went to last night’s gig in the Isle of Man. Brilliant as usual, very tired today though!

Glenn was top, he started with 3 drinking songs, Never Go Drinking, Hangover and Tough Love, as he was hungover after getting lashed the night before! Probably consoling himself after Charlton lost to to Walsall in the football. He played loads of good stuff, including lots from east side story (which i had been listening to a lot last week – spooky!).

Clothing report shirt, which got nice and sweaty, jeans and some shiny looking trainers. Good combo. The venue was pretty big and very busy which was great.

Unfortunately though i missed part of the concert after slipping at the bar and breaking my bottle in my hand, there was an awful lot of blood and the staff took me away to get it sorted, i was raging, especially when i heard the Andy Williams intro to Cash Machine, Anyway, for some reason i ended up in Glenn’s dressing room, bleeding all over his sink. It was nearly a hospital job but i was adamant i was not going there. I was really annoyed at missing the gig and the bloke sorting my hand said i could watch the gig from the mixing desk on the stage with him, we went onto the side of the stage and i saw about 10 people on the stage with glenn singing Perfect Day, each of the audience having a go at singing the chorus! Very Funny.

The gig ended too quickly after that, glenn came out for a bit at the end and had a look at my hand, i should have asked him to kiss it better but it does look rather grotty!

Brilliant but manic weekend and roll on March for the next instalment. “
