Glenn Gigs Update

Glenn will be playing two more solo gigs soon:

Sat 16th June 2012 – the Midfest Festival in Middlewich in Cheshire. The venue is the Middlewich Royal British Legion. Doors open at 7:30. There’s also the excellent Show of Hands on Friday night and Eddie Reader on Sunday night if you fancy making a weekend of it. Details here: www.midfest.org.uk

Sat 23rd June 2012 – Wellsprings Leisure Centre, Taunton, a charity event for ‘Stand Against Violence’.

Here’s what the Somerset County Gazette has to say:

The first ever Life Music Festival will be launched at The Taunton Academy on June 23.
Organised by regional charity Stand Against Violence (SAV), The Life Festival will feature a mix of acts from across the UK performing on two stages – an outside acoustic stage and an indoor main stage at the Wellsprings Centre.
Topping the bill is headline artist Glenn Tilbrook, one of the UK’s best loved musicians, well known for his worldwide Top Ten hits such as ‘Tempted’, ‘Up the Junction” and ‘Hourglass’.
Mark Morriss, lead singer of 1990s indie band The Bluetones, will also perform a mix of Bluetone hits, solo songs and covers, while Chris Helme, frontman of The Seahorses, will play a selection of his solo hits.

Shall I see Glenn in Taunton or the Wurzels in Exeter. Difficult decision…
