Co-writing with Chris Difford

Chris is such a fabulous songwriter, and has been so prolific without ever letting his standards slip, that it’s been difficult to keep up with all the co-writing he’s done.

As well as working on his own post-Squeeze solo projects he’s collaborated with lots of very established artists as well as some real up-and-coming stars in the making. I’ve been listening to Helen Boulding a lot recently and her song Hazel Eyes, from her EP “I Don’t Know What I Want But I Know What I Need” is a classic. Chris co-wrote it with Pink Floyd’s Rick Wright and Helen Boulding. At the moment it’s up on Helen’s MySpace Site so you can hear it – check it out.
