This is a one-sided test pressing with “Monarch Record Mfg. Co. Noted for Quality and Service. Test Pressing” on the label. Monarch was one of the major manufacturing / mastering plants based in Los Angeles on the West Coast of the US. The back of the record is completely smooth and black with no label.

One of my copies of it has the title hand-written on the label.
